Planned for a location on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in the heart of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Holocaust Remembrance Foundation has wrangled Moshie Safdie, world reknown architect, to design their future building. NorthStar was brought in to assist the Foundation with their operational and budget development.
